Enrollment Information 

We are happy to welcome you and your family to Hope of Detroit Academy.

To begin the enrollment process, please fill out the "Apply Now" form to submit an online enrollment application.

Upon receipt of this form, we will contact you regarding additional materials that will be required to complete registration. You can also begin the enrollment process by calling 313.897.8720 or coming by our school during office hours.

The following must be turned in with your child's pre-enrollment application:
  • A valid state issued birth certificate (one with white out or missing information will not be accepted)
  • Last report card (when applicable)
  • An official copy of child's immunization record
    (ALL SHOTS MUST BE UP-TO-DATE)
  • State issue Identification Card or Drivers License
  • Verification of Residence (Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, etc.)

Any student applying in the kindergarten program must be of age 5 before December 1.
OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR 2011 has concluded. Currently, we have a waiting list for all grades. We encourage you to complete the form below to be placed on this list and to receive information about Hope of Detroit Academy.
