Kindergarten is a year to grow, learn, and have fun.  We want our students to become curious learners that think, write, read, question, draw, play, and develop a love for learning.

In Reading:  We are learning to identify the letter names and sounds for Hh, Dd, Rr, and Ee .  We will read sight words are, for, you, this and do.

In Math: We will learn to identify coins and their values (a penny is 1 cent, a nickel is 5 cents, a dime is 10 cents, and a quarter is 25 cents).

In Science:  We will learn about animals and their needs.

In Social Studies: We will learn about neighborhoods, maps, and needs and wants.

Learning about the shapes and force and motion has never been this fun!
