Leticia Maldonado, RTI interventionist

Picture
My name is Leticia Maldonado.  I am a graduate from Michigan State with a four year degree. Go Green!

In my past I have had the privilege of being a paraprofessional at another school.  Currently I am part of the RTI Team (Response to Intervention). My current assignment at Hope of Detroit Academy is to be an aide in Ms. Galarza 1st grade class.  So far it has been wonderful working with the children. They are all very special.

There are some academic and social challenges in class. However I look forward to working with Ms. Galarza and finding creative ways to make these challenges better.  I am excited about being part of the staff at Hope of Detroit Academy and I am eager to get to know the children better and help them progress this year.
