Mr. Rosales was born in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua in Central America.  He's parents migrated to the United States when he was five years old.  His family lived in Florida for several years until they decided to move to Detroit, MI.

He is a graduate of Western International High School in Detroit, MI.  Mr. Rosales began working with Hope of Detroit Academy in October of 1999.  He has served has the office manager for the past four years . 

He enjoys working with students and parents in his various responsibilities and has the assistant Academic Games Coach. 

In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis and reading books.
