Mr. Vann has contributed over 15 years of servant leadership to many communities across the nation. He is a proud graduate of Alabama State University and University of Detroit Mercy.
 
He is currently seeking his PH.D at Capella University.

Mr. Vann loves history so much that he stops at historical sites on the road just to read the historical plaques and signs.
