I am a LRE Aide in the Dept. of Student Services. I have been employed by Hope of Detroit Academy since 2007. I service identified students K-8. I studied at Ferris State University earning my Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice in 2005. I am currently pursuing a Masters Degree at Wayne State University in Special Education.

Working with urban, at-risk youth has been my passion and goal since my high school graduation. I aspire to be a role model for the upcoming generation, showing by example that it doesn’t matter where you’re from, but where you’re going. I am the mother of two beautiful children. In my spare time, I enjoy reading urban novels, cooking, shopping and spending quality time with my children.
